Give up. If were going into next season with that squad, for starters, and added a couple more decent I'd be well happy. Unfortunately a few of that squad won't be here.

Hope Harvey Smith gets a bench spot. Looks a, fantastic prospect and a centre pairing of Croft and Pratt who hopefully will be our centres for next season with Kershaw and Franco on the wings.

More effort, yes, more guile, then no. We've seen all season what happens with Lino dictating play and we've seen what happened when he didn't (Wire aside). Even against Leigh we scored two of the three tries off a loose ball.

Yes I hope someone comes in and takes Lino off our hands. You can't complain about the guys effort but he is Not an organiser ot creative enough. Dagger and Gale in the halves for me on Friday and next season with the injured lad from Fev as back up next season

If you mean Smith, he's signed for Hull FC.

With his excellent cover tackles I wonder if Lino would make a decent full back.

I think Lino could be an interesting option to try in the centre. He's not a play-maker but has shown a bit of pace and defence recently.

Too small I would say, would be interested to see him at 9 though.

He's a half back. Why try and fit him somewhere else he's never played? Especially full back where we have cover at full back in Jowitt and Dagger.

He’ll be at 7. Gale and Dagger too with the three rotating. Hopefully we sign Dagger up.

We don’t yet know what next season squad will look like. If Ellis is on board, then we can have numerous overseas signings, perhaps we can put a very strong squad together. There are some strong teams in the Championship, it won’t be easy, but Featherstone have managed to be consistent in the league with their strong squad. I think the key would be to have a full time squad..

The key is definitely a full time squad.
If we go with less we might as well throw the towel in now!
To get out of the championship we need to be better than good we need to be the best. A half hearted part time outfit will NOT suffice!

With the team quoted looks like we are going out with a fizzle rather than a bang. Let's hope Oli Pratt gets a well deserved superleague start. The pick of our young players by a long way. Watching reserves and academy H Smith great near the line behind a quick play the ball but will be picked out defensively, not sure he is superlesgue ready. I suppose we have nothing to lose playing the young players.
