... 5 of these went on to stanley (1 played with our ste) 1 never signed in the end the other 2 still play a year higher . and of course 3 still play for crigg now

Aye young Spongies first game was that very one - one training session and then crash,bang whallop ...playing at Belle Vue against Wigan St.Pats . I knew then if that didn't put him off nowt would .
Was funny though watching you trying to direct a team around with Tommy clinging to you whilst he was in Disneyland
