He does look a bit chunky but to call him useless shows what you know about him which is Sweet FA.

He clearly isn't useless if the use required of him is to have a chubby lad at centre.

I wouldn't call him useless personally, but on the c8-10 times I've seen he didn't stand out whatsoever.

Just out of interest; did anyone count how many other players made errors or were some too busy waiting for the odd one from Ferres?
Why do some still feel the need to criticise a young English lad who doesn't even play for you anymore? Particularly as there were far more glaring errors, in my opinion, from other players with more SL experience.

I criticised Ferres because his error let Huddersfield back into the game. I'm interested in his development at Cas because he is an ex-Wakey player. I said I still rate him as a player. You won. Chill out.

Bar giving away that stupid penalty thought he had a pretty good game some very good off loads made good yards and was solid in defence.

Played out of position and only just come back from injury and for me did nothing wrong and shored up our defence down the side that hudds attacked all night long.

He's only made 8 appearances and without him we probably wouldnt have beat bradford.
