Well it funny hearing all these comments.If your team got kicked out because stadium crap you be happy been in national league for 3 yrs and a feeder club?I do not think so!I think should be fair for all teams and a promotion and relegation and no cap.On a bias way ste o connor can spend his money and become a great team.lol.Serious now i just get on with it now but i do feel bitter been a widnes fan.We averaged a better attendance last year than salford and celtic.We also have a better stadium and a business team.But hey we dont get a licence.Such is life and that why i want no cap and relegation.

Would I be happy if Wakefield lost their place in Super League and became a feeder for someone else - if it meant to survival of my club then yes, because there's always the chance in the future of getting back in there, if you keep on trying to fulfil the other criteror.

Salford/Celtic's crowds are irrelevant if they met enough of the other criteror to gain a franchise. If you had a better business team prior to 2008, you might be in there now.

Prove it wasn't fair. You do realise that Sky's assesments on Boots 'n' All were personal opinions of the reporter based on the facts provided and assumptions made - not on the documents each club submitted to the RFL.

Unfortunately for you lot, Angela Powers wasn't on the panel deciding who should receive a franchise.

Yeah, but you were arguing against franchising, but that was the only way you would have got in last year. So franchising is okay provided that you got in.

I agree that we fail on the ground, but my gripe would have been booting out a team who were in Super League based upon on-field merit to put in a team who were not in Super League because they were not good enough on the field but had some nice seats around it. The franchising system for next time is based more around merit, as you have to get to a NL final to be considered, and so it is fairer.

The franchise system will work , because it has to , the only way it wont work is if one of the 3 expansion clubs folds because of lack of financial support , they unlike the heartland clubs are not easy to replace , if the RFL have any brains whatsoever they will be topping up a slush fund to bale out any of these clubs if their backers pull out

All this is only a referance to SL of course

No it couldn't , those 3 clubs are not replacable , all the others are easily replaced , even Leeds or yourselves
