Great shirt, although it does look more like a home shirt than away

I tend not to buy playing shirts but I may even splash out on this one.

Genuinely not seen or heard one negative comment regarding the away shirt. Great great work by the club.

Seems the away shirt as nice as it is will hardly be worn with kit clashes! Wire, Saints, Wigan (possibly), Leigh, Catalan (unless they take an alternative base colour) Possibly KR (Although mostly red) thats half the league that have mostly white primary home shirts

Perhaps we will wear it at home more........

Went into the shop this morning to order our season tickets and got a good look at both the home and away shirts and I am sticking with my original thought that the blue and gold/yellow home shirt just doesn't say Wakefield Trinity to me. The wife said the same, as did another customer who was trying on an away shirt....in fact there were two or three others trying on shirts too and they were all trying on the away shirt !!
We had a good look at all the merchandise in the shop and I have to say that there is a huge range of stuff available and suspect that a lot of our Christmas shopping will be done in there this year




I enquired about season ticket sales and the reply was that they are selling very well

Many fans, myself included, tried on and subsequently purchased the home shirt shortly after it was released. Hence MC's feedback that the shirt had record breaking sales during those early weeks.
Last week I went in to pick up my season ticket and tried on and picked up the away shirt.

Your observations are probably more to do with release dates maybe?????

No, nothing to do with release dates, Wollo....just prefer the traditional Trin colours to the Whino ones

Found the sizings to be poor.
I have a different size home shirt to away shirt, a polo shirt 3 sizes smaller than the home shirt and a the hybrid jacket smaller than the shirts but larger than the polo!

And it begins.

If you think thats bad you should trying getting the right size with Paul Smith gear.......

More a PSA to people who may be buying online I was fortunate that I tried them on before purchasing so hasn’t been an issue and I know the shop is good for exchanging if needed, if you live further afield trying on may not be possible

Yes, I get the point at a pinch though personally I wouldn't have bothered as most people already know this. Cloth sizing is a massive issue and is a common problem across the internet retail scene. Sadly there is nothing you can do about it as there is no universal legally enforced sizing protocol. Even in the UK a M&S XL is considerably larger than a Matalan one. So what chance Trinity Have I don't know.

I shouldn't think Elgren make most of what they sell, as is the case with many suppliers. I'm sure they do the shirts and shorts etc, but coats and polo shirts, possibly not, they will just badge them.

Truth is that unless you are a perfect medium its a bit of a lottery. It's a faf I know, but it's how it goes.
