I don’t select the team vasty and it’s up to every player to play well and keep their place but I honestly think now with this virus and what’s happened to Toronto is the time to start producing some good homegrown players. We and I’m not just talking Wakefield the game in general waste more money on overseas players and old players who have been great in their time but should not be playing super league anymore. Ellis, Sean ol and brough to name 3. Like I say there’s no relegation so give them a chance.

I think it's the injury free part that is important.
These signings are players that can cover multiple roles.
No relegation shouldn't mean we don't care. I'd rather we target winning everything and plan the team accordingly. The squad is going to need some rotation.

Also, I wonder whether with no relegation, some will go for early cleanup ops so that they are ready for start of 2021 when normally the miss a preseason.

With relegation out of the way, I think most none likely grand finalists, will target the Challenge Cup, I think Trinity should throw the kitchen sink at this.

I would guess with the removal of relegation our interest in Gigot will diminish because we can play more of the youngsters which I believe is the comment made by Chester.

Feels like an unnecessary signing to me, especially as revenue has been shot to pieces. Jowett, Walker and Hampshire can cover full back. Hampshire, Miller, Jowitt and Wood csm cover the halves.

Not if BJB is off and so is Brough, remember last year we had no HB’s at one point. You take what you can get in this attrition sport and Gigot covers a lot of positions.

Can you really have =#FF0000enough good players KK? Surely last season's catastrophic injury situation illustrated That you should as much cover as possible providing the financial situation allows. I'm sure MC wouldn't spend money that we don't have.

Two potentially excellent signings both of which could strengthen next years squad. Current season we are going to have periods where we are playing 3 games in less than 2 weeks so having more experienced players in the squad has to be a good thing.

With the fixtures running midweek and weekend for the last 6 rounds of SL 2020, most squads are going to be tested. Maybe opportunities for fringe players will come during this period.

Always makes me chuckle when finances are questioned, given the 7 years this Club has just been through

I love sitting in my chair, reading lots of nonsense, loving having confidence that if we have signed a player, we can afford that player.
