Think the ref was Russell Smith but could well have been Klein as video ref who was actually the guy who disallowed that late Ben Jeffries try. Yes we were robbed but not quite worthy of a Worst Game tag as we were magnificent.

It should have been. There was something wrong about that game other than the obvious. Can’t exactly put my finger on it other than to say two thirds of the team looked up for the game whilst one third looked anything but. I could offer a conspiracy theory but I won’t as that tends to make you sound desperate but I do kinda believe it tbh.

Hull never looked anything special and were there to be beaten imho, all very odd.

Unfortunately, there didn't look too much in it, other than Peterson's inability to deal with Brough's kicks to the corner and although Trinity came back very well in the second half, we just ran out of time.

Catalan a 5 hour delay in Coventry airport , so hertz had shut the car hire and we had to sleep 6 hours on airport floor
