I have my doubts over the signing, mainly due to his age and the fact that he has become more injury prone over the last couple of years, but he'll be good to around the squad and is probably only likely to be a squad player anyway. Not sure about him in the second row though, he will have to up his defence workrate a lot more than he is used to which might blunt his main assett, his attack. Time will tell there.

Anyway he is hoping to be fit for the Wigan game so we can forget about him until then.

Yes, last weekend I was on the Cote D'Azure on invited onto the super yacht anchored just off the Cap D'Antibe. Turned out that it was owned by the area manager of the Toby Carvery from 2007-2009. Fortunately he got about before the big 2010 crash when the rug was pulled from under them with the transfer and the Ziggy incident, but said for a while it was going big time.
