I think Sau was as good as anybody on Friday. A willing runner, but ironically the conditions on Friday may well have suited Pauli's style and grunt near the line.....we'll never know.

Pauli didn’t seem interested in putting a decent shift in . He nearly lost us the game at Huddersfield and was only on the park for approx 8-10 mins . Not really bothered what he does for Salford , more what he did or intends to do for us . If he’s not happy here , doesn’t want to play for us then do be it .

The thing is that Pauli has now scored 3 tries in 2 games at Salford - more than we have managed as a team in the last 2....... It would have been a perfect opportunity for him to get over the line during the 20 sets we had on the dirty leeds' line on friday night....
As for Sau, yes, done nothing wrong, but I would have preferred giving our young players the chance.

I'm sure it is an irritation to Chessie that he is playing better elsewhere.

Well he is on his way back to us now so due to the injuries to Ashurst and Batch. Sau obviously returns to Salford.

On the plus side, there is a chance we could see Bill Tupou back this week which would be a big boost and hopefully Fifita will play this week.

I really like PP when he applies himself he can be really destructive, I just hope he comes back with the right attitude.
