Check your spam folder. My email software thinks the first one might be a scam and warns about clicking on the link.

First email has the heading "Welcome to the new home of Trinity TV" and has the link in the email.

Slugger, nothing in my Spam folder! Will have to ring the club.

Im the same ,when I saw this post I checked back through all my junk/spam mail and have had nothing sent to me .Will be calling into shop for tickets for game and have a chat and see if they can help me out.

Try clicking on [urlhttps://trinity.mysportsonline.uk[/url It should take you to the right page to begin the process, I think. There is a menu option on the top left (looks like a set of lines). Click on that and there is a sign in option.

This worked for me yesterday.

Mebbe my change your password email is stuck in the ether or something

You sign in using your email, not your username, which is different to the old Trinity TV.

Tried both, makes no difference..

I didn't received an email either, so I tweeted the club and they told me to send my email address to the email address on the notice on the club site, they sent me a link to login and change my password. The site looks good

I just clicked on the link to Trinity TV and when my login didn't work I just went through forgotten password process. Quick and Simple.

That worked, thought about it last night but I didn't want to muddy the waters, anyway, back up and running in time for Chester to do a bojomatic, "its a must win game"...no matter what...lol

Dunno about bank holiday weekends but generally its available late the following day, late enough that you can't watch it before you go to bed....lol

unless you've nowt to get up for of course

I just press buttons and see what happens. It's pretty much my philosophy for life too

Just trying to watch the hkr game and it won’t let me watch it.. in fact it won’t let me watch anything I try to click on !
Is it just me being thick or have I missed something? My account says active .. but notes happening... anyone with any ideas would be appreciated.. as the I pad is about to be wanged out of the window!

Everything’s gone pear shaped since the swap over. Frustrating cos it lets me select any game I like ... ie Yorkshire cup final but won’t let me watch it. Will have another crack with it tomorrow...
