I read on here it's going to be 1 Thu Night game on Sky, 1 Fri night game on Sky
Then the BBC will be showing 2 games on Saturday with no game being played on the Sunday.

Not sure how true that is though.

BBC have 1st and 2nd choice picks. Probably subject to change though.

You would expect the BBC to choose Hull V Cas and Warrington V Wigan easily then.

Since Leeds got the bye, I'd have preferred Wire - but Salford is ok; winnable!

Swap our game to Thu night and Leeds game to Fri night and I think you might be correct.

Yours will hopefully be a very good close cup tie I thought they would want that on the more popular Friday game than leeds's one sided bye into the semis

We won quite easily in 2013 on a Monday night. Lost in 2014 in the first game of the season.

I assume the Leeds home game will end up being moved to Friday 9th rather than Sunday 11th otherwise we'd only have a four day turnaround.

You would expect so. That will be another Sun afternoon game gone, not that the club can be blamed but very annoying as we will end up playing 4 Sun afternoon home games in the
regular season.

Agreed, it's what the club and fans want, but 4 games in your preferred slot is poor!

On a nostalgia front, Salford away in the CC got me thinking of Darren Fritz's last game for us iirc, a right battle at the willows. We then got stiffed by Whitfield & Northern in the next round!

My two sons fly into the UK on Friday morning, just in time to miss the game... seems the rugby gods that kindly gave us a game that weekend have been usurped by the TV gods that took it away again.☹️

If you had first choice wanting to attract as many viewers as you could the you would definitely go with hull v cas and wire v Wigan

Was that the game where thei Bradford winger got tackled into touch 10 yards from the line and Whitfield gave a try because he couldn't keep up with play? Funnily enough I was thinking about that incident only the other day.

Neil Summers wasn't it? he was tackled a couple of yards short of the line but jumped up and began celebrating, the referee just assumed he'd scored. The YEP did a four frame photo showing how short he was.

Leeds game has been changed to Saturday June 10th with a 1900 kick off time.
