If I'm not mistaken I think he watched last night's game on the top balcony where Chester and Co. stand.

| Id heard the same.
Hes a big unit according to wikipedia bigger than Frank the tannk.
If he is a replacement for Anderson then i would go with that. Could be used at first as impact prop from bench.
Just a bit concerned that we were also in the hunt for that winger too the other week plus also that centre from Batley

| Fifita is on his way, no second thoughts involved, he just wants to get out there on the pitch and get started as soon as he's allowed.
He's just the boost we need and just the player we need because we lack size up front and the games we've lost have been because we've been bullied in the middle especially when England and Scruton are off the field.
IMO Fifitas introduction will help Anthony Tupou release his best form on the edges as well, it's a bit like dropping the key stone into the top of an arch, suddenly the whole structure works.

| When it comes down to Trinity and visas there is always a delay!
Seems strange that Shudders annd Widnes recently got players signed and over here in days plus countless other examples in recent years.
What is the delay-anyone have a rational answer?

Maybe it's taken Hudds and Widnes just as long, and they've kept it quiet till it was a done deal, just a thought.

| I would point out he is Tongan therefore the visa should not be related to his NRL appearances.

Maybe don!t 'oil the wheels' as well as others??
Years ago Trin were looking at some South Sea Islander and Wigan got wind of it and had all the paperwork filled in and he was in the squad before we knew he had been poached. A few weeks later he came down with a bug and didn't play for them again. That's why we usually keep things under wraps until they are donning the red, white and blue.

Yep, it was something along those lines.
We couldn't sign him because of 'X' problem but Wigan signed him without a problem.

I think after Pongia played a season with Wigan, it was revealed he had hepatitis B.
Thus curtailing his stay in England.

| We do.
Just hope that when officially announced he is match fit unlike Hickey.
Been comparing his size to the rest of our players on Wiki. He is a stone and half heavier than England, currently our biggest prop.
For me initally may be good to use as impact off the bench with England and Simon starting

That is one heck of a set of props
I don't think any team would be able to steam role us with all that size. We should be rolling over them
From the bits of fafita I've seen he will generate us more offloads too. Down side might be work rate in defence. Which is something nick scrouton and arona excel at and should balance the defend attack ratio. Though he may be a complete package in sl
Just hope this visa issue sorted SAP so we can start playing him

| Depending if everyone is fit and available something like this would be my 17.
Jowitt
BJB/Hall (Hall is a winger for me)
B. Tupou
Arundal
Johnstone
Miller
Finn
Scruton
Moore
England
Ashurst
Kirmond
Sio/Annakin
A Tupou
Arona - Interchange at Loose with Sio

| Quite a good side that.
My only downer to it would be Bill Tupou lacks a pasing game which is something needed as a good centre.
I would swap that round with Hall in centre and Tupou or BJb wing
