The 'journalist' in YOUR paper wrote about hijack - take it up with him/her.

I agree not really a hijack, however I do think he is swapping one potential car crash for another one, maybe not in the same way but it's not what I would call a safe option.

Yes we have and as pointed out by others I didn't suggest it was hijacked it was the journalist in your local rag that did that.

Car crash? Not sure how, ok we haven't challenged for a few years, but we are in the best position for years off the field, just finished 6th twice and got to wembley. I think hull is a pretty option. Personally I am not convinced Tuson is the type of player we need, we have plenty of good defensive, hard working forwards.

Reading the story on the Hull site, it sounded like he never actually sign for you, bit strange as I am sure he did?

find it hard to beleive that we gave him the option to back out. Players and their agents never show loyalty so why we chose to take the moral high ground on this one I just don`t know. He signed a contract with us we should have made him honour it, I don`t care if we oversold the club to him thats irrelevant. We could have sold him to Hull, even for a nominal fee, say £ 3,000.00, thats a lot of shirt sales or foxy bingo or club 1873 or season tickets. It would have been easy money.

We sold him a vision plus of course an acceptable contract. I presume we did not try to renegotiate his contract so he did not move to Hull for the money. The obvious conclusion is he did not like the new vision which I presume he thought would be detrimental to his future career prospects.
I ask can we the supporters be advised what the new vision is because he obviously thought it was not a risk worth taking.

Don't think I need telling, unless we get over 3,000 members the future looks less than rosy, it would have been financial/career stupidity for him to sign for us, no guarantee regarding quality of players, wages, being in SL in 2015, does it need spelling out any clearer?

There is a difference between being a player and a supporter though.
We are aware what the vision is this has been explained, but it wasn't the vision the player bought into when he was signed.
Personally I think we have done the right thing although it may well bite us on the booty.
If you as a supporter need a rosy vision to be able to back the club I'd suggest you aren't going to get it, and if you don't know that by now you never will.

If we can't sell the vision to a squad player at Wigan what standard of player can we look to recruit especially if you hope the money we were to pay him would allow us to sign 2 or 3 player. I presume these players must also lack ambition or why sign for us. I will note with interest if we do sign any players if their contracts exceed 12 months.
