Never have I in all the years said get rid of a coach right from first watching in the 60s as a boy.Guess what the sooner they get rid of Agar the better if this continues all the fans the club have managed to bring back into the fold will be lost.Looking at Agar in the dressing room he was wandering round like he couldnt care less.Every club has now worked out where we can be breached and are weak.Who is responsible for the defensive structures at the club ? the coach.We are in the second season of poor defending and attempting to outscore the opposition.Agar wont quit he proved that at FC so unless he gets the bullet we have to look forward to more of the same and LOWER turn out by the fans week by week.When he comes to the end of his contract the fans will be down to a couple of thousand and less money coming in.

The buck stops with the coach he is the one who conducts training, who decides tactics, who picks the team, who makes the substitutions, who takes the h/t team talk and who picks the same players who are making the same errors on the pitch week after week.

Who's accountable for getting rid of Ellis and Mariano? Wood and Molloy not even in the squad today so nobody can say we've got better players.

We expect a professional performance from professional atheletes with structure in defence & attack. Our defence is absolutely woeful. We have neither structure. The coach is responsibile for this so sack the coach.

I'm not suggesting he isn't accountable, but this is just players playing badly.

What's wrong with the tactics (human error apart) both teams are set up similarly, mistakes are making the difference.
Team?? Who would have been picked differently that would have made this any different??
Substitutions - four props on the bench wouldn't alter Tim smith playing poorly or Ben Cockayne letting Dixon in for four tries or Carney running Fox and Collis ragged.

Seriously pick 15 better players (I'm allowing Collis and Tatuai to play next week) in our squad and don't include those that were dropped from last week.

Nor am I a frothing fickle fan who was heralding him last season and shouting him down this.
I am gutted we lost to Cas however and some players need to watch that video during the week and give their heads a shake!!

They underperform because agar lets them underperorm.

i dont know what goes on between agar and the players but its clear they are not performing as a group its not just player a n b who are underperforming its players a to x.

When we beat Cas at WR they never peppered the wingers (undoubtedly a week point in our game) with kicks and Chase was either missing, sulking or stopping himself being Cas best player most of the game.
Today that wasnt the case and I would guess that Powell had something to do with that change.

Ellis at 9, Aiton at 7 Smith 6 of vice versa., Lee Smith centre..no Lynne, a lot of our recent problems improved I would suspect. The point is, Agar let em go...very badly advised in my opinion

It's got to be said, the basic rugby errors that we made this game was unreal, the kind of skills you learn as a 10 year old just weren't up to the mark. Sloppy penalties, falling off tackles, poor tackling technique, passes going behind the player, poor kicks etc etc.

I really did think we were starting to turn around a couple of weeks ago with back to back wins but the last 3 performances are alarming to say the least.

At least Trinity have progressed from conceding 28 points per match during Agar's tenure to 46 in the last 2. Glad I went to York instead of Manchester, where oddly enough I spotted Andy Ellis. Wigan next up!
