Although if it were an option Brian Smith with Tony Dury would top even Georgallis/Wright.
However I can concede that 2 jobs (U18's and assistant 1st team) may be too much- bit like me having to teach 2 classes! I do want to see a "pathway" for TD though- great potential & truly believes in the goldmine of RL talent our region produces.

Dunno bout his missus but he has a personal training business based in the area. He couldn't afford to give that up as he was on peanuts at Barrow and only ever was part time. Maybe he could be tempted to leave someone else in charge and move back up here for a fulltime role. You don't know til you ask!

If he could get Wakey playing the same exciting,entertaining rugby as St.Helens did when he was in charge, Ian Millward would do for me anyday!

there is also shaun Mcrae, but my choice would be an aussie assistant in the mould of trent robinson / mcguire / nathan brown.

we really have a chance to build something here, and NONE of the english coaches would offer us that. as a club we need NEW IDEAS and new methods of training, to compliment our new board.

That's a long way to come for a game of skittles was my first thought!.....

How about Paul Anderson at Huddersfield.

Is PA a forwards specialist? Would he be able to coach the whole thing?

I think Brian Noble would be a no- risk signing myself , always done well wherever ( even crusaders) & a good media guy too .

Nailed on that Justin Morgan is going at season end so have a shot at him folks,good honest fella and a 2 year deal with a third option would do you nicely,just my opinion of course.
