I think its to create a team environment its no good having 22 over priced prima donnas who arnt playing every week and then bitching about it. The team./squad needs some solid team players.

I like Henson never ever takes a step back OK he could do with passing now and again but you know what you are getting no nonsence and a trier every game that will do for me thanks.

absolutely spot on john kear and some fans can see what he offers us but some cant, he will graft all day and no he will never be a superstar but you can gaurantee he will give u 100 percent commitment to the team every week

One or two who post on here have very high coaching credibility but thats not to say any opinions have more value than others.

I'm with you on this one, if we had umlimited cash then it would be different but we don't so he'll do for me.

Away from the playing side this is a BIG factor and one thats sometimes overlooked, unless you spend time in dressing rooms and understand the culture, you'll never understand the values it brings. IMO of course.

And add to that the fact he doesnt cause any bother, its seems he's quite happy to be part of the sqaud and play when needed.

Hendo is no world beater but he gives us value for money, he can also cover a number of positions which what you need in a squad these days. I’m more than happy how the squad is shaping up for next season, it looks a good mixture of youth and experience.

the money we have used for Hendo we could have gave snitch extra and kept. Hendo is just a tryer. Hes better than Winter Seam but I would have shipped them both out. Not something to be excited about. George very good he could be a superstar that kid I am not joking. IF he keeps working hard that is !
