The only result that seems to matter to me is our game at Catalan. If we have a narrow loss in France (and there aren't any stupid Cricket scores!) then surely that settles the 6th and 7th spot???

Get Wembley out of the way first before we look at the finals. We need one more point to secure top 4 and that gives us two bites of the play-off. I'm not sure we can make Old Trafford - although I must have been at one point as I have an each-way bet outstanding on them. I think Wembley is a distraction we don't need.

I'm never confident of the Giants winning anything - I think we stand a chance of winning and to still be classed as underdogs is a joke.

Surprised to see so many of you fancying Catalans as an easier option than Cas. We're looking pretty tired especially in the forwards - too few, too small - and I suspect the way the club is handling contract negotiations is doing little to revive enthusiasm. If we were playing anyone else on the final day I would be pessimistic about making the eight and I'm not even taking anything for granted against Celtic.

Pardon my stupidity/ignorance, but why are Warrington called "Wire"?

The thing with playing cas is that it's a local derby and form and everything else can go out of the window in these games. Add to that your better record away from home this year and your decent record at Belle Vue the last couple of years and I make Catalan the better option.

In my mind, we will end the season in 6th, if we do well we may be pressuring Wigan in 5th.
Given that, we shouldn't be frightened of playing anyone. I don't think Cas are good enough to beat us, even though they have just recently done so. I don't think we'd let that happen again....we were pretty poor that day.

I don't see any reason why we can't take any of the teams below us, and should be looking at whether we can beat Huddersfield/Leeds in the round afterwards.
