| Korki is contracted to Huddersfield for the next 2 seasons. I would love him to be with us next year and beyond but for that to happen he has to be released by Huddersfield or we pay a transfer fee. Also I understand that he is on a decent contract at Huddersfield so we would have to match it or he would have to take a cut.
Alot to happen but I really hope he stays with us, he has always had his heart at Wakefield.

How about a swap deal for Scully? Both players are only out on loan until the end of the season will have to act quick though as I believe DS is out of contract at the end of the season.

Huddersfield would not swap DS becasuse as you say he is out of contract at the end of the season so he becomes a free agent and they can sign him then if they wish.
The key will be whether Huddersfield want Korki back or whether they want him off their books.

| On reflection of what we have seen so far makes a far bigger contribution to team than Scully. Looked truly gutted after game. It's a cliche but he is Wakey through and through!

| Have to say was not impressed with Korki coming back but he has been quality in last few games. Just hope he's not playing for a contract as has happened in the past.

| sorry to go against the grain on this one but what did korki do that makes you all say he had such a great game. before anyone judges my comment as a cas fan i appreciate korki is twice the player he showed while at cas and looks more at home at BV, but i can honnestly say watchin on tv he did nothing to make me think he was even your standout forward.
i dont remember one big carry like the one peacock produced in the last set of 6 and i definately dont remember any monster hits in D.
will be a real coup for wakey if they can secure snitch for 2 more seasons i think he has the potential to play for a bigger club without doubt and was very under rated at hudds!

Not Korki's biggest fan but i thought he made some good tackles on Friday and made some good yards. He also seems to have cut out some of the basic errors that used to be a huge part of his game. You are right in that Snitch was the stand out forward but I think the whole pack played well taking the game to leeds and not taking a backwards step.

bibbey was better going forward than korki - but maybe thats why i hardly noticed korki if he cut out the errors.

The poll seems to think otherwise.

I can understand the frustration you have, Matterson had no idea how to get the best from him and the old boy Kear can.

Probably so. My biggest criticism of Korki was that he would do one big drive, like Hull in the play offs, then do nothing but give a few stupid penalties away. From what I have seen since his brief return he is much more consistent now getting through good work and just doing the basics right. Not a stand out but just a good, steady, reliable prop.

fair doos does surprise me though - be interestign to know of the voters who was at the game and who was watchin on tv. sorry but if what i saw on fri night was kear getting the best of him god help wakey tronc will make korki look like a pussy cat. i think it's better to say kear is controllin korki's temper and reducing his error making him a more user friendly player but no where near the form that saw him secure a move to salford 3 years ago! now that was a korki who looked a top player not that of friday night - a little OTT IMO

Thought he ran the ball in well and made some good tackles too, everything you expect from a prop, he made a decent burst down the middle in the first half in front of their sticks, if he'd had support a try was beckoning. Snitch was our standout performer in the pack but everyone one of them contributed something to the cause.
