| Quote ="Slugger McBatt"I agree that it must be a bit of fun if you have Danny Orr as the best number 6 and Elima as the best 11 (penalty and error machine). And as for O'Loughlin. Dirty player with girl's curly hair.
I didn't make Sundays game because of holiday commitments, but I got back in enough time to listen to it on the radio, and from what I heard, two Bulls tries came from Langley breaks with Menzies on his shoulder, so if Langley is the worst number 11, hopefully we can get him cheap and off-load Hendo for a six-figure sum.
Would agree with Gidley, Dobson and Graham in the best. The rest not so. Hodgson hasn't fulfilled his billing yet and Briscoe is way ahead. Is still no better number 9 than Cunningham, and Flannery and Gilmour are the most effective second rowers.'"
Missed out who is at the moment there or there about the form player in the League. Some peoples criticism of Locky stun me. The lad is a top notch player and has been for the last 3 or 4 years since recovering from his knee injury. Never lets Wigan or his country down when he has played for them, unlike just about every other player in England.
One of the few British players who is tough enough and has the work ethic that could hack it in the NRL.

he gets some unfair stick because he's a dislikeable character on the pitch and due to his appearance, but from what i've seen which is admittedly not a massive amount, you are over hyping him somewhat imo

Its the fact that he runs at angles that makes him so hard to tackle. Been our best prop this year without question. One of the few players in our squad who can come on and make an impact.

He is playing well - but no where near that mark.
For starters, Wild is way ahead of him and should get the England call IMO.

no they are not and never have being great props are the likes of Kevin Ward, Trevor Skerrrtt, Jack Wilkinson, Brian McTigue etc these guys would snap the likes of Morley in half
If they are greats how many times have they shown it at international level
Young James Graham looks the real deal for me give this kid 3 or 4 seasons and he may well be a great prop

This is exactly the kind of view that stuns me.
The stats strongly disagree as well.

I really cannot understand why he gets the stick he does, even from some of his own teams fans. Maybe because he is not Andy Farrell and has an impossible task of emulating him, from the Wigan point of view.
I think from other fans point of view, it is because he was so highly hyped as a kid when he first came on the scene, but for me he was worth the hype, he then took a near career ending injury that set him back 2 years where he struggled to recover but the last 4 years he has been superb. Consistently one of the best GB players, not that that would be hard, and consistently one of Wigans leading performers is a poor spell for the club. People still judge him on that rough spell where he was recovering from injury rather than want to see just how good he is now. I am sure were he not related to Andy Farrell and not Wigan captain or even play for Wigan he would not get half the stick he does.

Morley has proved himself at international level and on a weekly basis in the NRL. Fact.

you really should go away and watch the last 5 Warrington games and then come back and give an opinion on Morley's CURRENT form.
