Gone for Drew, just shaded it from Ollie. Was tempted to give it to Mark Balsawood, thought he was pretty good for us tonight

Wilkes for me, is go forward in the second half was awesome and really got the team/fans going

special mentions for Drew and JD

Also didn't think that murphy had the best of games but his bravery at the end when he dived on the loose ball in front of the sticks was amazing

Also special mention to the fans, the atmosphere was brilliant, thought we back at Doncaster for the semi at one point in the second half

People have gone for the obvious choices and rightly so.

Here's a few thoughts.

How much work did Pitts and Fergie go through? Immense. No fuss, no glamour, just all the graft and hard work. Top work lads.

Blanch was superb last night too. Always looking for work near his own line.

Final word for Murphy. Few slip ups at Bradford is some peoples eyes. How well did he perform and recover composure at the KC?

I thought Blanch made some cracking yards when we were in our own twenty. Wilkes made alot of carries and some vital yards and also Bibb did well to back up after a couple of errors against Bradford.

Like you say, alot of guys are playing really well and going about their bussiness quietly. Pitts, Ferguson and Snitch are looking superb and i remember pre season being very worried aboutour second row! How wrong was i

The pack worked tirelessly, JD stood out for me, but, without Drew I don’t think we would have won, so Brad gets it for me.

Well done to all the lads for last night, and also for three gutsy performances in a week.

What a week! beating Cas at their place, beating Bradford after their moral booster against Leeds and finally toughing it out last night.

But to top it off, superb news on the ground front.

As week go, for a long suffering Wakey fan, it doesn’t get better than this

it with out doubt that Brad Drew has earned enough respect to command the game, with his contract ending at the season, it is with the risk getting in talks with about his future at wakefield, unless we have someone else in the pipeline he is going to leave a vast hole within the side,
I would hate to leave it until the last minute and find him given the chance else where

A real captains knock from JD. Yes it was a physical game but it needed mental toughness and true leadership to get the win.

Drew by a mile. Had everything, organisation, solid defense, direction, the right decision making between running and passing and also a right box of tricks with the boot.

Wilkes was quality, along with quite a few others, but gone for Brad. He was the difference, and even though they targeted him in defence constantly in the first half he stood up to it and never let it affect his attacking game. Well done to all the boys, great result. (made the drive home quite enjoyable

Yeah the win made a great time going back to train station all Hull fans moaning, "is ref going back on your coach" "mile forward poss that try" "loads of injuries you would not cope with them type of players out"
