Didn't say anything in the letter I got about junior ST's not counting towards the 2500 target so I would assume they count. I would guess in the clubs projections they would have based them on an average ST price - maybe £70. So unless there are a disproportionate amount of junior ST's sold brought about by several Fagin like characters fetching large groups of street urchins in, the club shouldn't be any worse off than it had forecast.

I'd imagine Saturdays are probably the busiest day. I realise answering calls is important but if the staff are busy with customers in the shop it would look a little unprofessional for them to break away to answer the call. Keep trying linkman and be patient. If you're paying by cash you won't be able to buy on the phone anyway so why not just bob down to the shop at your convenience?

I have been in the shop when the phone has been left to ring and ring. I have even told the person behind the counter that I am ok to wait if they wanted to get the phone.

One option they should look at is that if it isn't answered within x rings it gets diverted to a different extension. Lost calls is lost business.

In some cases thats what will happen, a lost call is a lost £ sign.

It's easy. Have an answer phone message kick in after x number of rings..

" Thank you for calling Wakefield Trinity Wildcats our superstore staff are currently serving customers taking advantage of our exciting new membership packages. Please leave your name and your number and we will call you back as soon as a staff member is free."

All the club has to do is make damn sure that the cuustomer is called back within a reasonable time scale ( eg. 1 hour)
