Yep, i work in Barnsley and theres a lot of interest in RL, 1 guy's already started to come over with his dad to BV and we may just find a few more fans if we did this, even if we lost money on the day it may well be worth it in the long run, and if the new ground gets built at Stanley its only a short hop over.

Thats why I disagree with some of the people who say the price is too high, the beer supping sporting public of Wakey would not be tempted to Belle Vue even if the entrance was free. To them anything on a television screen with pint in hand is better than a live game.

I think we know the answer to that already, it's a shame has they'll all have plenty to say about the game and the team.

We sold 2000 tickets for Edinborough. Wigan must have sold that many at the very least and most likely a lot more.

As of yesterday night Wigan had sold less than 1000 for the game today.

Wigan brough a good following today i thought. On the way to the ground from where i parked it was almost spot the Wakefield shirt, it was a good hour prior to kick off which may have explained this.

You sometimes get 16000 at home and bring about 800 away. Now that is what I call support. So you bring 5% of your home fans away whereas we have about 4000 core support and bring around 700-1000 away to most ground about 20%.

Now feck off and enjoy been beat in the next round if you play like that again.
