The RFL is bent, always has been, always will be. From top to bottom it's the most self-serving, spiteful, amateurish, idiotic administration in world sport.

Super league and Franchising was a golden opportunity to put Rugby League on a sound footing and give the clubs the stability they need to bring through young talent that can eventually challenge the Aussies. But they blew it and we're going to pay.

its up to us as a club and fans to fight them off,
we need to show them that we won't give in and willing to take them to the next stage

You are so right about the RL being bent but oh so very wrong about franchising, all that did was take the sporting competition out of the bottom half of the league.

Is it worth battling on to be filler in their exclusive little club with no chance of winning anything? or would it be better to be big fish in the championship with a chance of silverware every season. And before you lot jump on me , I include Cas in the championship statement.

What are you asking us for we have never been in the championship, unlike yourselves who until the this franchise crap came along were regular contenders for silverware in that competition, so you are in a far better position than us to answer your own question. The difference being is that it would appear that you are happy to settle for mediocrity we are not, good luck against Fev in your local derby btw if thats the case

The facts are you are bricking it, because at the moment our rented and partially funded ground is looking more likely than your owned and partially funded ground (scroungers indeed!!).

It's quite easy for the likes of Crusaders who have little in the way of assets (ground, etc) to go into admin and be reborn. The new company buy the old one off the administrators (as this is the best way for the Administrators to get the most money, they have little in the way of assets to generate cash if sold) and the contracts transfer over to the new company under TUPE laws.

Meanwhile, the company's creditors are left high and dry; you're right that it's quite easy, but it shouldn't be.

These creditors should mount a legal challenge as they are basically being defrauded by the RFL.
Love to see them on watchdog or roguetraders!!
