We'll be having another debut it seems on Friday - Johnny Lomax at fullback. He's 19, I think, and one of our seven academy recruits for this season. But the young blokes will love the challenge, I'm sure (Wheeler, Armstrong, Ashurst and Emmitt are four of our other new recruits).
I have absolutely no idea who will be attempting to kick our goals. Long has been relied on so totally that I'm not sure anyone else has been practising! (And Smith and Tyrer, our other two kickers, are on loan at Celtic) So should we score any tries, it will be interesting to see if we manage to convert any and who has a go doing so!'"  that's sound bad for Faz, must be badly broken or what ?
looks like you will be struggling for a kicker, we have to make sure that you only score on the wings  |

Longs saving grace is that he always ends up near the top of sucessful kicks at goal chart (not to be confused with sucess rate xpressed as a %) even though he misses so many. This is because saints score a lot of tries and he gets a lot of chances 'infront of goal' |

from personal experience, situations like that can also work the other way and carry you through it....
personally i dont think JK will play him tomorrow - JK clearly doesnt rush players into competition untill he is either forced to or satisfied that they are match fit....im not sure winterstein will be match fit...
i think we'll see him against leigh at the expense of someone who could benefit from a rest having done a lot of work in the absense of injured players...someone like wilkes or snitch |

Im not having a dig here but.....a saints fan saying something like that....absolute classic !!!
i admire your level headedness - however, saints are a team who are more than capable of scoring trys and with the greatest of respects to our defense, i dont think we'll be keeping you scoreless tonight!!!
