I remember when this happened to us away at Wigan, can't remember the year though, maybe 2004.

Think the key thing here is that the scoreboard has an "unofficial" clock on it but they do try and stop it in sync with the ref's calls.

I remember a game at Wigan when the whistle was blow with about 2 minutes on their "unofficial scoreboard clock" and we all complained then.

20 seconds is a bit different though.

at the end of the day, the timekeepers - one from each team - agree when official time is up and the hooter is then blown so Bradford have been cheated

At Cas on Friday the clock was stopped with 3 mins togo both @ half and full time because of exactly the same problem they had against the Bulls I was told.
So to stop any further probs we should follow suit.

Its Richardson cutting corners by havin a scoreboard that does not say the proper time. The scoreboard was knock off ha ha. The extra pounds he saved he will have bought a nice suit from George at Asda.

Thought a Bradford fan said it correctley both time keepers from each club agreed on this we did not screw bradford of a win. But must admit for the Bradford players that the scoreboard with more seconds on that was actually there is very confusing as they rushed their kick at the end. Other scoreboards if you have noticed go off when there is 5minutes left to play. Maybe ours should do this to save the confusion. Bradford and Wakey were very poor today but would have been very poor if we would have let Bradford in at the end we really should have killed them off they were a side there for the taking today; but we did not kill them off.

I agree the clock should be turned off with 2 mins to go to prevent anything like this happening.

Just a little aside though, I thought it would have been a drop out at the end of the game and with only around 20 secs left to play according to the clock there would not have been time to take it anyway?
