The difference between Bradford and us, is that we have a full squad and are still adding to it.
Where as Bradford are having to beg steal and borrow players.
We have the luxury of having two Leeds loan players at the club that may not get another game.
Bradford are not criticised on here for getting pumped because of their squad situation.
Only the Bulls fans are critical because they are used to better but the reality of being part of the also rans is starting to hit home.
I'm going to prepare to put my tin hat on for my next quote, that even with the squad we have, I would say we would not fare much better than Bradford at Catalans when we go there.

The majority have been her too long to even dare to think we will win, for the fear of disappointment. Those of us who went to Hull & or Widnes saw the spirit in the squad and performances we are capable of. More were filled with high expectations of a close game v Cas, more bought tickets, shirts, flags etc and travelled to the Ethiad full of hope. Those expectations were sadly dashed leaving fans once again deflated , so we dare not dream of a win v Bulls , best we can do is travel there in numbers and get behind the team as loud n proud as we can , be the 18th man and support the lads to a strong performance and a win. (fingers, toes, arm, legs and eyes crossed ).

You are making a common mistake that the few who post on a forum represent the majority. I would ask on what basis do you think that most Bradford supporters agree with you, have you asked them.

If we can't beat them this time around then we are useless, yes they're our bogey team but I believe we can beat them next week.

I mean by there players, 2 recognized props of their own maybe a couple of loanees? Kearney injured? Our pack should be on top of theirs and we should be able to play off that.

Bradford get beaten 46-4 away at Catalans.
We get beaten 36-4 at home to a mediocre Wire team.
Whilst Bradford beat them the other week.

We need to win. I think Bradford will get all their points back and if we lose we will really be in a scrap.

On the other hand if we win we go above Salford who play Sts, we then play London and another 2points there (taking nothing for granted) could put us above Hull FC with Catalan firmly in our sights.

They won't unless they agree to pay all creditors in full. What I have read suggests that this is not part of the argument so the best I would expect would be 2 but even that is unlikely.

In reply to another post we lost to a poor under strength Warrington side but Bradford lost to an on form Catalan team who had only beaten London by 2points the previous week. The Warrington team look to not be missing as many first team players as us and they looked good to me considering they had somewhat hammered St Helens the previous week.

In your desperation to find something critical at least think about it before you post because sometimes it can look like you are blinkered to the facts.

I'm not being critical just saying what I think will happen. I follow Wakey home and away wherever possible and don't think Bradford should get ant points back. Whichever league they are in I will support them.

That is critical, even the most rosy tinted Bulls fan knows that they won't get them all back.

If Sykes plays then he has to start as there is little impact from the bench. Last nights Hudds game showed the value of a good bench! I suspect Seijka would get the nod ahead of him anyway, but you're right, the team sheet won't look anything like this - that would be too easy!

That wouldn't be far off my 17 if Walshaw is to miss out injured. My worry would be that after more than 12 months without a game Gilmour will be struggling to do the full eighty, his match fitness will be non existent. I'd play him off the bench with Sykes starting at centre. Whilst not an ideal option Sykes has bags of experience there and is match ready, Gilmour can cover if need be but also spell the backrow in shorter burst. I'd probably also start Smith and have Raleigh on the bench. But as you say it probably won't happen.

Yeah I was shattered when I put this on. Sykes at centre makes more sense gilmour on the bench and andy on bench too as he's not played in a bit.
