Anything happen after the game?

The fans I spoke to were great, well behaved and in good spirits.

Hope the buses got away ok- oh wait that only happens in the eastern wards!

They were amazingly quiet for almost the whole game then really showed their class by singing "going down, going down" when they went in front off Vella's forward pass.

Indeed...However, that is probably the mildest chant of the whole afternoon which graced my tender ears



There was one or two incidents that I saw and unfortunately I was almost part of another, but decided that my girlfriend should not be a witness to such events.

Hull KR- The Sorest Losers in SL.

That was a tough old encounter. We had a silly 10 min spell where we allowed Hkr back in the game. But the lads cane through for the fans! Good win. Rinaldi had ball on the line in last play too but the end result was same so happy days.

Met some decent kr fans about the ground but stood in away stand the f's and b's were flying in from this one guy. He ranted the whole game about our stadium and how #### It was and calling players fat etc. I had my 2 year old daughter there for first game. I can put up with a bit but the guy was an extreme numpty and relentless. Feel sorry for the decent kr fans who will have to endure this fool at their home games.

Hell of a battle that one and hope the lads learn from it.

Strange today, there seemed to be very little atmosphere in the ground, as Clan says, even the HKR lot were quiet until they got in front (but not for long

Our next three league games are 'winnable', Crusaders, Catalan Dragons and Salford, six points here could well see us pushing for a play off place.

These games are so vital to how we look just over halfway through the season. Really hope we dig deep and show the rl world we mean business

Nothing reported on the Radio, maybe they are kicking the wrong side out of the district?

With a bit more craft we could have put 40+ on HKR today, despite the win it was still very evident that we need a midfield General who can turn pressure into points.

Rinaldi MoM for me but Luke George's workrate put him in contention.

great performance from 1 to 33 but we have to concentrate for the full 80 mins .win was well deserved but felt like in the end we played our get out of jail card

Thought we had snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, but the lads dug deep and kept at if for the full 80. Very proud of the effort. Morrison was immense again.

Brilliant win for you guys today and well done.
Usual Rovers turned up with error after error but i reckon the best team won.
Whatever happened at that last ptb i think you would have dropped a goal so i think its all fair,you get some calls and some go against you.

This is what Rugby League is all about - 7,200 crowd, nail biting game, last minute penalty, spirit, endeavor and fighting for a win. What RL should not be about is not having to worry cos you have a place in the top flight no matter how many games you lose. It's the points that should count, not how pretty your stadium is.

It was a good battle and should be what it's all about.

We know we don't have the best stadia but on a warm day like today it holds it's own

Unfortunately we have one of our own who does this at every home game. Stand in the corner where the old score board used to be and you'll hear him. But don't do it when you've got your daughter with you.

And it should also matter what teams you have been on top of out of the last 3 years but it wont - well done Wakey - so proud!

I met some decent KR fans and they were talkative, good hearted and nice to get on with. We all have idiots but the KR fans I met were decent.
