Sorry vastman, I'm confused, why do you need more money to carry a camera from Benidorm flats to the old hospitality boxes in the west stand?

Not sure what you mean about happy to watch it from behind the sticks when it was free? I know the old video was from behind the sticks because I bought the video of last year's match against Wigan and was very disappointed with the viewing angle. As I'm sure you know (and I had reinforced last Saturday at Leigh), when you are behind the sticks you have a great view of what is in front of you yet a terrible view of the other try line, to the point of struggling to know how close a team is to the try line.

If it is of interest at home games I sit in the East stand near the half way line.

Think it's because the camera in the flats is used for match analysis and thats done best from behind the sticks - I suspect. They used to do it from the side so that's probably not an issue. Basically they need another camera and cameraman and again just guessing that they can't justify this expenditure until there are enough subscribers.

What I'm saying is that it will happen if we sign up. Also most of the away games are from the side and if your like me they are the ones you probably most want to see.

I just think on this one we owe the club our support, and in return I think they will produce a better product.

50 quid and support the club on another venture was how I saw it. Also it is fantastic. I stayed up wayyyy too late last night hooked on the 92 yks Cup final and some great names I had forgotten about. Darren Fritz. What a beast he was. Had an awesome game. Gary? Benson. Geoff Bagnall...all had lapsed from my memory. When I have a mo I will watch Leigh game and see what all this arguing has been about a bit better as seeing things at other end of pitch is nigh on impossible

There is a 'gantry' above the portacabins on the away side. This is where Sky get their highlight footage from, so maybe it is reserved for them?

Just watched the 1960 final, lots of scrums, opposition kicking the ball at the play the ball and no substitutes, it was such a different game

I remember hiring match videos from a video store near eastmoor... watching some games from the eighties would be great... a friend also had the trinity v Hull game where sterling and Lewis debuted in 83 ... does that still exist???

The buzz round Wakefield when he arrived was something I will never forget.

I'll second that, would love to revisit them games. Only seen the odd footage of him in the past Origin games since his stint at BV.

Is it only me that's noticed that the Catalans match is on twice...one 'angle 2' is from the side...wonder if this will be the same for all home games now? If so subscriptions should start going through the roof with all those who will only back the club on this if its side on footage..

I'm sure many, like me, prefer the side angle but have subscribed. The vast majority of "Classics" will be side on anyway.

Perfect Father's Day gift if not already subscribed. I always struggle to think of something and this is perfect.

Yup - I'd subscribed anyway but my plan is to have both games running and then watch the side view with TC's commentary on the audio!
