And where's your money coming from? To build a stadium you need many millions - and it has to come from somewhere.

You have chosen to build a stadium, then latterly decided to add 'Community' into the title in the hope that it makes it acceptable for outside input - principally from WMDC (although by way of the secured land loan). Without it being 'Community' you wouldn't get that money, hence the change it tac.

Ours has been 'Community' from it's concept. It was never the intention to have the club own it, and I doubt Sir Rodney and co would have touched it with a barge pole if it was. We were tasked with forming a 'Community Trust' as the 'Special Purpose Vehicle' into which public funds can be placed for the public benefit. Somewhere down the line you will find that Cas have set / will set one of these up as well.

Our funding package is well known in general - i.e. the loan from WMDC / the planning gain from Yorkcourt and then the associated funding bodies. Obviously, as a 'Community' facility, if other parties are interested in taking up residence in the facility then we will a) have to amend plans to incorporate them and b) be able to attract further funding. This is a long way from getting something for nowt - it is merely OUR WAY of putting the funding package together.

Cas clearly seem to think that they have THEIR WAY of funding, but their own contribution will be quite small in relation to the overall cost - so perhaps we should claim that it is you that is getting it for 'next to nowt'?

Half way between both teams supporter base is as neutral as you can get. We are prepared to move 4 miles away from the City Centre but Cas it seems are not prepared to do the same (just yet). Would you like to define to me what you call neutral then?

As for our contribution, approximately half, if not more from the sale of Wheldon Rd? I'd say that's more than a small contribution.

We shall see but I'm more confident than I was a month or two back, especially with news that the chemical licence has been revoked at Hicksons and we can now submit a planning app for The Jungle. It will be interesting to see what the state of play will be should all three clubs get new stadia.

What is the new stadium cost, perhaps £15m and Cas can find more than half of this?

Not what I read it as. RW said they weren't sure of the actual cost but as it was going to be similar to Chesterfields ground which cost 11.5m that was the sort of figure they were basing it on
