I think the club need to think carefully about the benefits of this policy against the negatives. Not talking soley about the Cas game here. But if its raining, then away fans will be put off coming if they think they may not be able to get under cover whilst standing.

One of the plus points of the new stands was that it should encourage a larger away following on days where the weather was bad, meaning more revenue for the club.

Just hope that with all the fuss the decision is causing the team turn up this week , unlike they did last week. If we lose it will be a nightmare.

Not sure why it is such an issue. Sheadingly, supposedly a model club and ground leave away fans wide open to the elements. If Leeds is such a model club why is it such a big issue at poor and lowly Wakefield??????

It seems to me that a lot of people didn't read and have a good look at the stadium plan that was put on the web site, it clearly shows that about a third of the new covered stand is available for Cas fans as well as the adjoining section.

Happy about what you tool, you can stand anywhere. Your just been [i[size=150advised[/size[/i to stand at the East side of the North stand and us at the West side. It'll stop fans been mixed all over and create a better atmosphere.

What a load of fuss about nothing; the Cas fans have been allocated a massive area of the North Stand (that's always been the case - no clarification was required) and it seems that a few people intent on feeling aggrieved have stirred up a hornets nest, by convincing their fellow supporters they were being badly done to. The saddest part is that one of the people who fell for that was the Castleford Chairman, who is indeed a prize wazzock.

It's a pity Richard Wright doesn't own a phone because he could have easily seeked assurances by phoning James Elston rather than writing him a letter and misinforming all Castleford Tigers again via there website. But then again, he does like to paint the perfec picture doesn't he. It was only 7 years ago he had his hard hat on!

On the subkect of Richard Wright, im not his biggest fan and i do get annoyed at the way our club has been run under him at times but i can see why he has issued a statement if he has had emails and calls from unhappy fans. After seeing the response from Wakey i dont see what the fuss is about and i do think there will be enough room for the Cas fans. Now i think we should all get onto the matter of a game tomorrow!

In first announcement about the changes, he says he has had complaints but that went out about the same time as the Wakefield one. Who exactly complained in that time?

Seems to me he led with the complaints. He should have announced it first then said people complained.
