Just watching the highlights, anyone else think Hodgson didn't ground Warrington's second try.

Yeah I saw that on the SL show and initially thought the same.

Ill watch it again but poor decision if he was help up.

Only highlights I know but Tautai looked a handful and the commentary team of Wire FM thought he was.
Could be a real find if used properly.

He did not ground it, the linesman gave the try, then their was the knock on that they missed

Just looked at the highlights on the Wakey site and he didn't appear to ground the ball at all. That was a nice freebie for wire.

Initially I thought the same but the speed it propelled forward makes me think it struck the knee of the Wire player. Looked very suspect though.

Now, if only there was some sort of petition we could sign.

I think the lack of any protests from our guys means that it was off the knee. Hodgsons try was short though.

I doubt any player who "goes missing" (I would presume you're saying he feigns/exaggerates injury to leave the field) would make it as a professional rugby league player. 99% of these players have the biggest hearts there is. I also have no doubt that it would be picked up on by players and coaching staff alike, which would beg the question, why would they start him the week after?

I think you're being very harsh on Mariano. Particularly given that you have no idea why he went off. Definitely an issue i'd leave to the coaching/physio.

I don't think you can see all the ball on Wildcats TV to be able to tell, the majority didn't look to get grounded but the end under his arm could well have been.

I guess the Widnes result puts into perspective Trinity's loss last week.
