I got told this afternoon that Season Ticket holders who registered for todays game don't need to do so for future games, just turn up with your ticket and you'll get in ??
I don't know if anyone can confirm this ??

They can sell more tickets if ST don't go.

Makes sense. No reason to keep telling them unless you didn't respond initially. I think they must allocate a space for all season ticket holders.

Though it was a decent crowd considering the crowd limits in place ,even the HKR fans I was stood beside were in fine voice ,especially the guy slugging from a bottle of jack daniels , until caught by the stewards . Watched many a wakey game over the years with fewer people in attendance ,and thought it a good and positive first attendance for us and a good start to build on

Certainly no need to re book if you were at the KR game and it's worth remembering that ST holders have already paid for their ticket, with many not seeking refund for last seasons messed up schedule.

The issue may arise for those ST holders that didn't book a spot for the KR game ?

Also, I noticed that a number of Rhinos fans had pints of beer on the terraces yesterday, which I understood wasn't permitted

At a time when revenue is so tight, the club should find out just how they (Leeds) managed it ?

Also noticed that hardly any Whino's fans were wearing face coverings either....is it compulsory or not ???

It should be compulsory for Whino fans irrespective of any pandemic - anything to lower the volume of their whinging

I see KIrklees (incl. Huddersfield) is on the list of places struggling with the Indian Variant and that people are being advised to not travel into these hotspots. Does that advice cover the inhabitants not coming out?

The advice that has 'escaped' is for travel into and out of these areas.

Says in league express that’s Hudds have 4000 season ticket holders according to Thewlis , a figure I find hard to believe personally .Must be an awful lot of stay aways if thats the case the last time I went over .

The most important thing is that we sell all of the tickets.
Of course it would be better if they all went to Trin fans.
However, there is a better atmosphere if there are some away fans in the ground.

Looking forward to this one, although Huddersfield are going pretty well at the moment, with 3 wind on the bounce, including a very comfortable win against Leigh last time out.

They did however lose to Hull KR who we beat this week fairly comfortably. A similar team and similar performance to Sunday would give us a good shout of stopping their winning run IMO

I heard from a reliable source today, that due to a visit by WMDC officials last Friday to BV, after assessing each spectator area, the crowd is limited to 2,800. I have to say I thought there was more than that for the game v HKR. I thought the government guidelines was 4,000 or 50% of capacity whichever is the lowest.
Also told that the second floodlight is assembled and ready for installation at the Cats bar end of ground,
Anyway back to tickets, get down to shop before the tickets are gone.

Great news on the floodlight front ,was stood on the western terrace when the new one came on and looked very impressive. Got tickets online for the family this morning no problems.

I hope that your information around the 2800 limit is wrong ?

The one plus point of our ground is that it's very much "open", with very few enclosed areas.
Of course there will always be some "risk" but, it would be very disappointing if the capacity is downgraded.
