A mini season ticket could only work if you nominated which games you wanted to attend on purchasing your ticket, that way the club would have a some idea of how many home fans were attending, and how many tickets would be left for away fans.

As everyone knows, get stadium situation sorted then we have a good future combine that with a decent team and I have no worries about our support.

My seated ticket was £275.

I don't see how that works till we know where we will be playing next season. I am all for a move from Belle Vue but such a move may not be for everyone.

Each to their own but I've committed for next season, no matter what.
Did the same a few years ago when ST's were £150 and we didn't know which league we would be playing in, or even if we would have a team to support.
I get dicked off as much as the next person but once the bug has bitten you, it's in your blood, through good and no matter how bad!

They were around £250 which makes a saving of around £8 per game when compared to a matchday ticket. Students got 10% off and there's a premium for a seated ticket.
The Commit 6 deal is a way to pay for the youth development, you pay £6 per week into the weekly lottery, then after 12 months of paying into the lottery you are given a season ticket for the following season. You can also win weekly prizes on the lottery.

Seen us win at Runcorn, seen us get well beaten at home by Keighley, when Peter Roe was player coach, been to Bramley and seen us get beat. As for Springfield and Trafford, never went but I was watching Trin when they were about in the late 80's early 90's.

Think my biggest regret was that my brother started watching Trin a couple of years before me and asked if I wanted to come to Halifax to see Wally Lewis's last game? Unfortunately I said, 'what for?'

My first season was 1985 slalom lager div 2 too, swapping ends walking under the old west stand at half time. Went with my Dad who was always telling me and still does now how good it was watching the great Trin team of the 60s. Caught the bug & have had it ever since, striving to see a Trin team as good as the 60s team.

My first season was 1980-81, a veteran on here compared to some.

Going back briefly to my initial post, the difference of around £30 for a lower season ticket price for around 1500 season tickets comes out at around £45k. To make that back for a cheaper ticket you would need to sell around a further 175 memberships to make the same.

Just think if all those extra bought a drink, shirt etc for extra revenue.

I do agree a newer stadium could also increase ticket sales, though without that money tree and as long as we continue to be ignored by the council, that dream seems as far away as ever.

You want to save that program it will be worth money! Wally was with us the season 1983-84 so going thrumhall would have been a wasted journey.
