This just indicates how bad things have become. Agar now has a large enough squad that isn't performing and he doesn't have a clue how to improve things. His only answer is to try and bring in more players rather than working with what he already has.

Kirmo looks like he needs a rest, if as ive heard (RUMOUR) he is playing with injections then even more so, Ali out for a large chunk if not all the season, I'd say bringing in a back rower with something to prove isnt necessarily a bad idea.
I've seen nothing in Molloy or Walshaw (it could be argued neither have had much of a sucession of opportunities) that would suggest this isnt anything but a positive move.

"Limited opportunities" i agree with, "gone well" i see nothing to back that up at all.
With Walshaw some supporters have red white and tinted glasses on, i see nothing at all in him so far but the odd glimpse of ok and that isn't anywhere near often enough, more opportunities would make or break him and by make i think he has an awful lot of self improvement to make also.
Molloy most people didn't even want him in this years squad.
Witht the injuries to DK and AL and recent players in this position coming back off injury breaks i see this as a win win for the player and us. |
