Annakin and Gilmour to miss out. I feel Tautai offers more than Washbrook who has been recently good. Ali on the bench to impact when Washbrook switches to LF for Tautai to have a rest. I am starting Raleigh and Scruton because they're both defensively strong and will hopefully tire out a smaller pack waiting for Moore and Anderson to make impact in the middle. Wildie to replace McShane who IMO is much better when spelled.
This is my opinion and I know Webbo will pick a different side but I trust his judgement.

Anderson should start. He's a worker not an impact.

I think that Widnes team is good enough to beat us.
We'll have to be on our game otherwise the could put a score on us.

The bookies are giving Widnes 6 points on the handicap tonight.
Considering where we were 5 weeks ago, it shows just how far the club has come.
Although many would say that Agar should have gone sooner, it is a superb effort by the playrs and Webster to turn the season around.
It really is time for the fans to cut back on the moaning and support Wakefield Trinity.

Another win would be amazing but another committed performance is what we appreciate.
I hope the moaners will go into hiding soon but if someone's hot dog is cold tonight we will have a new thread tomorrow.

Even though it was boring, the defensive effort was outstanding. The match winner for me was Jimmy Keinhorst, the try saving, match saving tackle on Ah Van was nothing short of outstanding. The commitment shown to get back was the best effort I have seen for a long time.

Agree Keinhorst showed real pace and commitment to get back after being shrugged off by Ah Van along with Lynn. Then Moore forced a Widnes mistake. Good Scruton try. Looked a little jaded in attack but a win is a win.

Onwards to Les Catalans.....Hope Wigan give them a real difficult game this weekend

Kienhorst just showed what he can do. If he keeps it up with no injuries I'd sign him.

Think you can say keinhorsts hamstrings ok again credit to lynne too who came from the other side of the field and clamped the ball to stop him reaching out brilliant defensive effort from both teams

I thought we looked very flat tonight, obviously the opening twenty must have taken it out of us, thankfully Widnes looked woeful in attack.

8th spot would definitely be up for grabs by any of those teams, 7th at a push.

I enjoyed the game, the second half anyway. I thought we looked strong in defence. I reckon Catalan might be a game too far but we'll still be in the mix.

Reece Lynn is looking very strong. Can't make my mind about Owen. Get Kirmond back though and I think we can mount a real push.

If nothing else, it will stop any moans from Bradford about them keeping us up. We've done it on merit, not on their administration.

I'd have started with McShane and brought Wildie as the interchange. We had hardly any ball in the opening half hour so it's harsh to criticise the lad. What must not happen is allow Washbrook any where near the hooking role.

I think Owen is getting better by the game myself. Pace picking up and he is definitely a safer defender than Fox and Cockayne
