Two point lead after so much possession could come back to haunt Trinity. Thiught both centres have showed up well. Lyne showing the hunger thats been missing to score an exellent try. Cowling knocked on early but beem good Iin defence. Think both Bulls tries have come when he's been marker. Child as pedantic as ever.

This home game was essential to win, can't see us in the play offs now. Too many long range scores against us with yardage too easy again.

It seems yet again we are out own worst nightmare. Another two league points dropped.

Turns out it did. Garbage display. Contained all the very worst traits of an Agar coached side. No brains at all. Cant work out whether Tauti is an asset or a hindrance.

The 2 x12,3 x 8 option is starting to look a whole lot more inviting 'cos we sure aren't a top 8 team!

Our right hand defence is shocking and beyond belief .
The fact that bulls didn't take the two with 30 seconds of the half remaining,just highlights that everyone apart from Agar knows how bad our right hand defence is.
Also another complete howler from Agar with his interchanges,trout sat warming the bench for 69 minutes.

Absolute shambles, one of the guys who played half decent Agar is dumping him and keeping Lyne who is, imho crap, he kicked a grubber today with no one anywhere near the try line. T Smith seems not to want to get his kit dirty and some of our guys seemed incapable of bending their backs. I don't think there will be a mad rush to but platinum tickets at £400 + with performances like that.

With that amount of possession and favourable penalty count in the first half, we should have been out of sight !
Total lack of ideas and composure to score.
Too many errors in the second half to get us back on top but, we aren't good enough to get in the 8.
Lets be fair, the Bulls aint exactly top quality opposition and we couldn't get past them on our own patch.
Mario, went well again as did Aiton, Amor and Poore and we look vunerable when our 2 best props are off the field.

Tautai kick was inexcusable he was no more than 8 out running across he should have backed himself.

If you're talking about Mariano, Agar hasn't dumped him, Cas offered him more money and he took the one year deal, Lyine has a contract,we can't just dump players on contract.

On the game, another one slips away we should have really won. To say it's getting frustrating is an understatement. Easily had enough ball to win but today we just seemed to lack ideas in attack. The knock on and other errors were a bit of a joke. Usual faces played well again, others not so.

3 games in a row now, collectively lost by a grand total of 11 points.

Is it now the time to blood some of the younger players?

You have to ask the question are we that good or an average 8 to ten club along with another 4 to 6 teams. In all we miss a top playmaker in the pack, a good standard centre, a craft and grafting stand off. In general with the rub of the green and a bit more craft we could have made the 8 along with another 4 teams who all have the same 0r some of the problem we do.
I still think
the expectation was high after last season but for me it was always likely to be a step too far for two reasons the lack of recruitment and no deduction of points to a club above us.
I don't like to be Mr doom but we need to get at least a couple of good standard players on board not just grafters, we aint that far away from a top 5 to 7 team

Far too many individual errors. Another frustrating game, which in reality we should have won and are left thinking how did we lose that. The reality is this is becoming far too often an occurrence.

I cannot understand Agar's use of the interchange bench and his reluctance to use players until the game is lost. Molloy was used for the last 5-10 mins, Wildie 10 mins, Lyne not at all and Trout today for 10. Have faith in your players!!

I thought Lyne played decent today, Mariano was injured and Cowling was taken off for shooting out of the line.

Mariano is decent on attack but his defence is poor.
Could be wrong,but when Ali came on Mariano switched to the right and at that point we hadn't conceded,but we then conceded 3/4 tries down that side.
Kirmond was clearly not fit and Agars use of interchanges was a joke.

All the evidenced was on view today that Agar is simply not good enough to coach at this level,he's far too reactive,subbing players after an error,rather than looking at the bigger picture,the sooner his contract ends the better.

There will be a perfectly good reason for "Subs" and the like, just like last week.

The only thing about today was that, it followed the same pattern as so many other games this season, where we were competitive but not clinical.
Woefully lacking in attacking options.
Agar tried to change things around by putting Smith at six and whilst he scored an excellent individual try, we were still struggling and our last play options ware awful.
It's too late for this season but, I hope that Agar & co have a plan.

A battle of the mediocre today and Bradford proved to be slightly less mediocre than Wakefield; poor decisions and individual errors on both sides of the park, and some truly shocking one-eyed refereeing.

We desperately need a solid, creative 6, and SL desperately needs some decent referees.

We are just not quite good enough, simple as that. We lack the creactive nouse to win a game, we panic with the ball and our right-hand defence is pathetic. Too many average joe's and not enough quality. Throw in some baffling use of substitutes from Agar and the package just isn't good enough to be a top 8 team.
