Even though it's clear that the fund raising effort is highly unlikely to be successful, you still don't get it do you!!!

Neither Ted nor any of the other shareholders would be receiving a single penny of the £500k if it was raised. It would mainly be going to HMRC, with the (comparatively) small amount that would be remaining going towards some working capital for the club.

It's pretty astonishing that even now, he still can't grasp it!!!!

i like your optimism snowie but 20k after 2 weeks i find it very hard to see that you will find the other 480k in just over a week,the richardson`s need to hand the club over now and give the club a fighting chance of starting the season on a sound footing.

We all know any money given/pledged can't be touched so lets be carefull what we post.

I think the total was never in doubt that the fans couldn't and wouldn't reach it,
what fans we do have is ready to help pick up the pieces

Exactly what i have been saying, our season ticket sales appear to be well down (i wonder why) so expected income will be down.

I have no faith that the little money that is coming in, is being well mamnaged.

I have bought and done everything for Wakefield Trinity, but i cannot justify this scheme. it is ill thought and is a pr disaster. Lets bite the bullet, enter administration to stave off liquidation and regroup and come back stronger. We can not compete with ever diminishing income in SL. We risk losing fans forever.

if only Administration was that easy any new owner will need serious money they will need to prove to the RL they have the funds it’s not a case that the club can just walk away from its debts Who is out there with money to pay off debts and run a club with no home in NL1 or even 2

whos to say that we aren't taken over from someone that has already got a home and can wait for Newmarket, risky but worth trying

i was going to put up the money and my mum was going to put another 1k in for my 2 kids and a mate was going to ..but due to mr richardson i will gladly pay a removal company to tow him and his crappy old volvo out of the club i love and arrange for him and his liggers to get the bus home to wherever the scumbag lives!!

ps..we did go today !
