This is just getting ridiculous now.
First we get both shirts in and on sale before Christmas, now we've got some positive communication coming out of the club regarding training.
Some people are going to have rubbish Christmases if they haven't got anything to moan about.

I like Colin everytime he has spoke he seems on the ball, i said it last year and the year before we have a really fit side, this wasnt there before Colin came. I work in the health sector and take it from me Colin is on the ball we are lucky to have him.

In some of the early games 2007 (save for Hull KR!) we seemed to finish stronger in games. One of the fondest memories I have is grinding it out against Leeds to finish stronger, getting the drop goal and the winning try, and pinning Leeds back in their 20 every time. Pity we didn't quite have the endurance for the whole year. 2004, and I think you are right, we had outstanding conditioning. To get that fitness level again would be awesome. |

Atkins 100 press ups in a minute! Thats some going, I wasn't overly impressed with Ryan last season but it certainly sounbds like he's putting the effort in this pre season, I'm expecting big things from him this season and hopefully he can push on and realise his potential.
