Can we turn the Saints over again?

It will be hard, they will want to turn it around after a few poor performances by their standards. We turned them over at home and should have beat them a away if it wasn’t for a poor referee, so no reason we can’t give it a good go.

Yep, he has been the main man in their pack since Walmsley has been sidelined.

IMHO I think Saints have burnt themselves out, Holbrook has employed 0 rotation in his squad throughout the regular season and its telling towards the business end. They still have chance to turn it around in time for the semis but IMO they wont. Something tells me Cas will win the grand final this year, and I have thought that all season.

If Wire beat Cas then we are in with a shout catching them. I would rather Cas hang on to 4th rather then Shudds getting up there though.

I didn't get to either game and so I can't say if both were sin binning offences but it's something we need to steer away from.

Ref had no option but to bin Max. Fortunately Hull only came out of it +4 and I think it dented their confidence a bit.

Don't think Saints will be as forgiving.

As Chester as already said if we come out of the traps like we did in the second half against hull we will give ourselfs every chance of coming away with the points
Saints find themselves in a mini slump which they won’t be used to.

Other than throwing the ball away Max was my man of the match last Friday and deserves his place. Grix can watch on from the sidelines and await a drop in form. Good to see Batch in the squad, I hope he gets some game time but unsure who to leave out.

Thought Annekin did enough at Hull to keep his place, Grix and Batch for me.

I wasn't in attendance at Hull hence the either or comment but Annakin never lets us down so off the back of your comment, happy for the same 17 to continue.

No way should Grix play unless Max is carrying an injury

Injuries aside and maybe depending how high up we can possibly reach in the context of prize money, the only time Chester should even consider playing Grix is the last couple of games if position wise we can't better ourselves.

Grix is an excellent player. Why would you 'not consider' playing him.

Max has played well so should be starting, but Grix should be considered and in the squad if fit and can cover a number of positions. It's not like Max was perfect against Hull though. He has to stay on his game.
