Today is a real defining game for several reasons.

Firstly a win today secures the top 8 whatever anyone else around us does.

Secondly the pressure is off to play rugby how Chester and the players want to play without any worries. This would be really good for the build up to the semi.

Thirdly we would move onto 20 points with Saints and although we would be 6 points behind Catalans in 4th we would be in touch with the top 4 with even more to play for.

If we are out of touch by the semi with the top 4 then it will be a good time to blood some younger players againt the top teams and give some of the others more game time

A win would be good but not the be all and end all. I still fancy us to get something out of our last 3 with players to return from injury. Shows how far we've come in the last few months but today will be hard they tore HKR to shreds in the second hard the other week.

No doubt Saints were the better team today, dumb play and silly mistakes cost us today. However that's the second home game in a row I've seen the opposition being given a free pass to dictate the game with constant offsides and laying on.
