I've heard that that they owe us a few months sponsorship money & it's put AG in a bit of a pickle .
Also heard that it might well start up again , but with a different owner - don't know how the hell these things work , but can't see that being possible ?

As far as I recall he's already banned from being a director - I'm pretty sure I remember him being banned for an unusually long period - 12 years if I remember correctly.
EDIT: Sorry, It was a ban for 14 years he received in 2004 for "[ifailing to co-operate with the liquidators enquires into the affairs and dealings of Eric France"[/i
