BV just doesnt lend itself to segregating fans, nor should we want it to.
Many home fans enjoj changing ends at half time, which would become difficult if certain areas were segregated.

Hopefully they'll give them a section on the East Stand/terrace. Really don't know how this will be enforced. Is the Northern Terrace going to be segregated?

Good idea if you ask me as it gives us the benefit of the new stand, away fans can stand were they're told to like most grounds. Belle Vue is hard to segregate I think the best way to do this is to advise away fans to use donny road turnstiles and stand on eastern terrace and have north/east corner as over spill. If we don't do this away fans who tend to get to the ground earlier than home fans will just go in the north stand an try and make it their own

I for one want it, will the new ground be segregated..?? and I have been to many super league stadiums where away fans are in a away stand, it gives a better atmospher.. Sounds good to me.

Whilst I applaude the sentiment I can see this causing a fair few problems in trying to police and will probably cause more hassle than its worth. Does this mean Wakey fans can't stand in this area?

My concern with this policy is that it will potentially put away fans off if the weather is inclement and they face the prospect of paying 20 odd quid and getting wet through.

We need to ensure that we don't make it unattractive for away fans as we need all the revenue we can get

Which part of the ground is the west terrace?

It was an issue last season when we (Saints) visited last season, wasn't the best experience I've ever had at a RL ground.

Yes i recall some "altercations" v saints in the north stand last year.I would like to think it was the excitement of a last second drop goal.

The western terrace is to the right hand side if looking from the north stand,(doncaster road).

Just some idiots that cannot fathom mixed terracing, nothing major, but it was not pleasant.

Although, I don't see what difference it makes explicitly segregating a ground that you can walk around? Instead of standing with your lot behind the sticks, we'll just be stood with your lot on the side instead?
