Watching him today just showed how ludicrous the decision to release BJ was.

A guy next to me said he was carrying an injury. If thats the case he shouldn't have played. He's not irreplaceable, he isn't exactly Danny Brough.

Sorry I dont agree. Hyde is not ready for SL yet. I am not a fan of BJ but I believe he would have been the difference both today and at Wrexham. Mr Glover is taking the club forward of the field but it seems he has forgotton about on it.

Why oh why does this thread keep occuring, for gods sake give the lad a chance, as has already been said he won us game at the jungle and kept his nerve against hull to score in the last second, yes, today he was poor but he's young and WILL improve. If you need a scape goat what about Griffin who was pulling air in from barnsley all through the second half or howarth who missed more tackles than could be counted.

He is young and given time he will develop into a good player. Yes he wasn't at his best today but was was awesome against them on good friday and also was excellent against Hull KR.

Wildie will be future first choice hooker he does not have a great kicking game or great
creativity and is more dangerous at hooker looking for gaps and making fast yards

IMHO i have seen very little to suggest he has the potential to improve and develop into a stand off. His kicking game is poor,his passing game is poor and too many times the move just dies when the ball gets to his hands.

Griffin and Howarth may well have been poor today,but we havent just released our only recognised players in their positions.

Yes BJ was erratic,but you knew he could do it on occassions,im afraid Hyde is way out of his depth and would struggle to hold down a regular stand off spot in the championship.

Agree with some of the above. Hyde seems to have a poor kicking game and his decision making is poor also. I dont think he will be a SL player of the future. Same with Griffin unforunately too. I think Howarth could be a really good 13. Just needs a bit more timber on his back imo as his passing in tight spaces is very good .
