Ok so we lost but not many on here thought we would win did they.

Positives, lessons learned are the way forward from this game.

Positives:

Refs are at last waking up to the fact that Leeds are a team of whingers who mess constantly at the play the ball and pass the ball forward most of the time.

Well its a start i suppose

I personally feel that was a great performace last night, one the best this season! We tacked well, attacked well and only lost becuse we fell off a few tackles at the end and a lack of composure. Lets not forget that Leeds are not a bad side, a team we should aspire to be like.

Steve Snitch was outstanding, having a great season! Korki was fantastic, please keep him here! Sam Obst, what a tackle on Keith Senior in the first half. Some very good performances. Keep your chin up lads, play like that week in wek out and we will not be far off come the end of the season!

Loads of positives

you have to look forward, the Leeds game is history but we can take a lesson from it.

To be fair, the best side lost last night.

Wakefield were the better side throughout the game. Don't be too down hearted wakey fans. Kee pon playing like that and you'll be in the play offs for certain.

Top class performance last night from the boys. The last 3 minutes were heart breaking, anything that could go wrong for us did.

You can be sure the players will be hurting from that. I would bet they can't wait to get out on that field and put things right. Just a shame we have Saints away next week! Remember what happened the week after a heart breaking last second loss at Hull KR couple of years ago.....

These kind of defeats tend to drive you on to better things, we have a lot of winnable games in the run-in. I'm sure with that form we can get enough wins to make the 8.

Lets take the positives from the game because they were plenty, onwards and upwards!

Wrong. Refs have had this perception of Leeds since very early on in the season. Regarding forward passes, please define 'most of the time'.

If you were honest with yourself you would admit that most teams in SL have a group of players who 'Whinge' at the ref niggle at the PTB. Saints anyone? Its only your anti champions viewpoint that makes you spout such drivel.

everyone in the game is absolutely sick to death of watching sinfield, mcguire , diskin etc bring our game down by constantly whinging and complaining to the officials. something should be done about it. wakey were the best team last night. only positives can be taken from that performance. well done lads.

Count the penalties for dissent in the game, 3 were there? 3 too many IMO far too much like football.

One was for Ablett laughing.

Ganson needs to get over himself and realise he's not the star of the show.

think you penalised for it at least 3 times just watch the game , you can't miss it. bit disappointed with your coaches comments after the game. he seemed to make light of the fact, when asked about players constantly chelping at the ref.

Moaning and talking back to Ganson even though he had been warned. Should have been shown the yellow card.

JJB lost it at one point, Lee Smith was holding him back and he went barmy with him then he lost it with the ref.

Fact is the dissent issue does exist but is way overhyped when it comes to Leeds.

Had you won last night instead of choking then no one here would be mentioning the issue of Leeds players allegedly harrassing the ref to the level some opposition supporters would have you believe.

IYO that is, you could go through most boards and find the same thing, does that mean everyong else is wrong and you are right.




Maybe, but thats par for course and we are all guilty of it at times.

It does exist and they showed it last night.

No, I meant that all clubs are guilty of it on the pitch. Leeds do it im not denying it but so does everyone else. Unfortunatley some would have you believe it is only Leeds that do it.

I think its more that Leeds are particularly bad but other clubs are up there with them, Wigan and Warrington spring to mind.

They all do it agreed, some feel Leeds get away with it more than others, i don't really have that view and thought Ganson did a decent job last night.

Anyway its time to move on for both teams.

You need to watch games where leeds aren't involved even yer own teams players are at it just as much.


Last night drew,brough and grix to name 3 were chelping at different times.
Every team in the league do it so don't spout this bollox about leeds bringing our game down.


P.s You do know as captain sinfield is allowed to talk to the ref don't you??
Also last night more often than not ganson CALLED him over!!!
