One of the things I love about this season is when we make a break we have the pace to finish it off, I don't think I have ever seen that before in 38 years watching Wakefield. We have always had endeavour, spirit and fight but to see the tries our team have scored this season is a joy to behold, long may it continue

Agree No1. The crowd lifts when we get it out wide. Some of the tries this year have been outstanding.

And I'd also say we have fast hands to get the ball to them.
We've often had fast wingers who just got chance to show their place chasing the opposition to the line.

As an occasional viewer, it would look to me that Wakefield are blessed with good wingers & it may be that their best is out injured!

Will Castleford suffer much from the loss of Eden last night?

Cas won't miss Eden they could have Stevie Wonder on that wing and they'd still score.

Err no, Eden has developed into a very good player, he's not irreplaceable but they won't find anyone as good for this season/

Indeed but I think 30+ tries deserves some respect no matter who you play for. I ccncede whoever was on that wing would score a few but out of those 30 I reckon there are a few that Eden can call his own. I don't think the lads atttacking ability has ever been an issue tbf..

The main thing for me is when the opposition make a mistake and the ball goes to ground, straight away the team are thinking try ! Get the ball to Tom, Mason, Ben, Reece or even Bill asap and we could score, it's happened so many times this season you have to pinch yourself! Fabulous to have that in your 'armour ' and this is what quality teams have..

Is TJ expected back at all this season or is that it till February for the lad?

Thought when he was injured it was said all season.

No point in rushing him back, especially with the type of injury he sustained.

Think it's a crying shame Johnstone is missing out!

When you consider the amount of times we were second best when he was playing and he was regularly our only shining light! CC has now assembled a forward pack that rarely gets dominated and the free flowing stuff we are playing is allowing our backs to be seen at their best...can you imagine how good he would have been for this full season had he not got injured! May well have been the difference between another win or two!

MCB has been brilliant cover though having said that and the pace we have makes us threatening from anywhere...something I've not seen in all my years watching..

Unfortunately it shows how cruel sport is. Truth is the only person to suffer is poor old Tom who is my fave player ever if I'm honest. To the team it's been minimum, maybe if we'd had injuries to the other two but touch wood. Hate to say it but unlike last year TJ not playing hasn't really affected us - shows how far we have come I suppose.

Gutted for the lad but simply can't take it away from the other two lads.

Bish and MCB are playing too well not to be in the side.

Now here is a thought, TJ started life as a fullback I believe. Lets say he could move into that role in the manner of hardaker. Then you would probably have the back three with the greatest pace n SL.

As someone who doesn't believe players are pre-cast for a certain roll and can't quite easily pick up another I agree. Of the three for me Tom is the one who has that little bit more in the locker and IMHO could adapt to almost any position from 1-6. That said you can't assume those two will stay fit to TJ will get his chance.

Also believe that Jowitt is a natural for S/O but it's hard to prove without an A Team to experiment with and assuming of course he;s interested.

I have not being so exited for the future since 78/81 we have great pace out wide as we did then we have a decent pack
the missing links are a specialist 9 and a quality scrum half and maybe another 2nd row forward with pace

Another specialist hooker to rotate with woody and a quality scrum half with a strong kicking game and I can't see who could stop us!
