Must admit I'm no fan of recordings from behind the sticks even though I now watch the full games live from behind the sticks. Strange?

Yeah I'm the same - I even enjoyed the view when I've watched from hospitality, but it just looks weird watching on TV. Mr Carter should get TC in the crows nest on the west terrace!

I agree. The video from behind the sticks is really putting me off signing up. I guess they shot from behind the sticks for the coaching/review videos. However as a fan I would much rather the camera angle be the same as on TV, from the half way line. Shame really as I'm interested in signing up in the near future but this is a major deterrent for me.

Sorry vastman, I'm confused, why do you need more money to carry a camera from Benidorm flats to the old hospitality boxes in the west stand?

Not sure what you mean about happy to watch it from behind the sticks when it was free? I know the old video was from behind the sticks because I bought the video of last year's match against Wigan and was very disappointed with the viewing angle. As I'm sure you know (and I had reinforced last Saturday at Leigh), when you are behind the sticks you have a great view of what is in front of you yet a terrible view of the other try line, to the point of struggling to know how close a team is to the try line.

If it is of interest at home games I sit in the East stand near the half way line.

Think it's because the camera in the flats is used for match analysis and thats done best from behind the sticks - I suspect. They used to do it from the side so that's probably not an issue. Basically they need another camera and cameraman and again just guessing that they can't justify this expenditure until there are enough subscribers.

What I'm saying is that it will happen if we sign up. Also most of the away games are from the side and if your like me they are the ones you probably most want to see.

I just think on this one we owe the club our support, and in return I think they will produce a better product.

50 quid and support the club on another venture was how I saw it. Also it is fantastic. I stayed up wayyyy too late last night hooked on the 92 yks Cup final and some great names I had forgotten about. Darren Fritz. What a beast he was. Had an awesome game. Gary? Benson. Geoff Bagnall...all had lapsed from my memory. When I have a mo I will watch Leigh game and see what all this arguing has been about a bit better as seeing things at other end of pitch is nigh on impossible
