In the spirit of wanting to improve on a very good performance, there was one moment towards the end of the match when we got a kickable penalty & there was obviously some consideration whether to run it or kick it. The decision was to run it, but we clearly werent all in focus as we almost dropped a muddled pass on the very first play. Its something we have done on several occasions this season, where we havent looked like we had a plan.

One thing is for certain we need to be better in the "Game management" department in terms of closing the game down when we are in front. They were running around like headless chickens towards the back end of the Wigan game, it was just a good job that we were so far in front at that point - I have seen us lose so many games by switching off towards the end and we need to ensure we play for the full 80.

Easily Finns greatest asssett, tbf it will take Hampshire a few seasons to master and I don't reckon Miller ever will.

Jacob is still a young'un,he isn't 26 yet. I'm sure in the next season or so we will see the best of him as a top class all round half back.

Wasn’t really a pop at him tbh, not being great at running a game doesn’t mean he’s a a bad player - he has other strength.

To me though should Hampshire stay with us and buckle down he looks the more likely of the two to develop the art imo.
