Quote ="Crouchingtiger"I probably am naive about it all ,=#FF0000 don't know the ins and outs of the rules etc but think the club must be at least partly responsible that's the point I was trying to make and don't think I'm sticking up for council I have lots of issues and think pictures like one shown is out of order and dangerous. I've seen your posts and respect what looks like a massive effort on your part and you should be applauded for your time , energy and organisation , the club is lucky , very lucky to have volunteers like you ! Anyway , the way things are going it would be nice to think that overcrowding would be an issue , time to concentrate on what's going on on the playing side - you any good at coaching ?icon_smile.gif'"
we do, this is reason why its sticking at the back of our throat, we have skills that's to willing to address the problems but I'm sure the council isn't recognising us as we are not a company, like I've said before we know the problems and are addressing them as we go.
I know I speak for the club on here but have no connection with the club, when I tell them something isn't correct there is almost a paranoia to resolve it soon as possible,
genuinely any money spent on Belle Vue is dead money as we don't own the ground, but the club owners both understand that they have a responsibility to keep up with maintenance and are looking to the next phase all the time,
what we want is only a level playing field, if we are getting pulled for bits about steps crumbling then other clubs too should address theirs, if our capacity is reduced then theirs should have the same, it is what it is.
now its funny that I have been to mend a hose stadium today, nice to see someone with a paint brush touching up
but on walking around the stadium I could find quite a few areas that from the professional eye would give me concerns, this isn't a bitch at Wheldon road as I love going there a true rugby ground,
you can see the conspiracy theories when you know the council has at least more than one cas fan
now I wouldn't want to start some rival argument but after the Bulls fiasco and that's still going, I'm personally fed up with the way things are going in our sport, their ground too has its problems but is run under a different council but with the change of mind from the RFL its no wonder that MC is ready to pull him self away financially.
don't get me wrong I know MC or CB can say one thing and when I've gone do the opposite but as yet what ever I have asked they have responded in a manner to correct it, gullible, yes I am but only once, what ever if we do go to Newmarket then we will have a few good tidy yrs in the old girl, if we don't then we will look to carry on with we are doing now
