We need to stop feeling disappointed and start working out our game plan from here. We're from Wakefield, we've never rolled over before, we're not starting now!
We have positives to play from both NM, Oakwell and the fact we will have moved out of BV.
We have an untapped market and an entrance into a new support base in S.Yorkshire we need to highlight and exploit this, we will be out of past-dated facilities and be renting (just as Wigan, Leeds, Hull, Hudds do) and a small shift in location to meet a new support base is not unlike Celtic.
We can show we are at an advanced stage of development with NM (all the evidence is well documented online) and show a commitment having already moved out of our past-dated facilities.
Is it worth hiring a professional legal team to represent us at a PI? No offence to SWAG or anyone but we can't let these outsiders win another battle! If it takes fund raising to pay for legal representation or assistance cross examining opponents claims so be it.
I'm assuming the Kemp in question is not ex Spandau Ballet.
That was an awfully large net he used there but the holes were EC regulation so unlikely to catch anything in these waters.
