That was my role and I worked my butt off, but then I got the call to get involved with SWAG, and that seemed more important at the time.
I still do the posters for them, but at the last home game (when I would have advertised the event) no-one had told me of it or asked for any posters to be made!
People will turn up, if there's enough notice, enough advertising and no conflicts. It's not rocket science!

like you said Phil no conflicts , not to sure how long the academy had been penciled in for last night but the kind of supporter to go to a wisca event is also the kind to watch the academy.
we missed the gala day this year just not enough publicity although we did watch the academy match right after, got told though that the gala in reflection to others was pretty poor....just what i heard
